Booking Information and Tariffs

 

Current Prices

From 01/04/24 prices will go up to £13 per day

and 2 cats sharing the same pen £23.

All cats need to be microchipped from 20th June 24 .

Current Prices  

Arrival and departure dates are included in stay and chargeable.  

(However no charge will be made for departure day if cat/ cats are

collected before 10 a.m)

Price per day includes your cats food, we feed top brands also fresh

chicken and fresh fish,

Price per day also includes bedding toys scratchpost and carpet **

 

Heating Costs  

Heating will be charged at £1.00 per pen per day from Nov 1st 2021 till March the 31st non negotiable due to inflation in costs needed between October & March.

 

Innoculations

Due to the change in regulations we will now need to see your cats innoulation cards on each visit.

 

Our Facilities

All of Pype Hayes Catterys' cat units are double size.

They are 3ft x 8fy x 6ft.

We also have 2 family units which are 3ft x 10ft x 6ft.

All heated indoor pens sleeping quarters are 3ft x 3ft x3ft with a shelf and side door which is glazed so that our guests can see out at all times. 

 

Payments

Payments ~ on arrival

Payments accepted on arrival in cash or by cheque with cheque guarantee card.

Payments ~ on departure

Cash only, we do not accept cheques on departure.

 

Booking 

You may be asked to pay a non- refundable deposit. The amount may vary depending

on the size of your booking, but should be no more than 50% of your total bill

(unless there are extenuating circumstances).

Cancellation Policy

Pype Hayes Cattery now requires a 2 weeks notice period at the very minimum whether verbally or in writing from any client wishing to cancel their booking with us. We  reserve the right to enforce and refuse any cancellations made within the stated notice period (with deposits having been paid non refundable)
