Client - Cat Information

 

Thank you for booking your cat in 'Pype Hayes Cattery'.

To ensure the best care for cat during it's stay we require up to date information on food preference and up to date information on any special veterinary care that may be required. A written authorisation will also be needed. We have to ask owners permisson to administer any treatments needed ~ from fleaing to worming ~ this applies to any treatment your cat may need. As such we require full permission to act in the best interests of your cat during it's stay at our cattery.

 

The reason we ask for these details is that in the case of an emergency your cat can be dealt with in a prompt and correct manner. It may seem a little startling to be asked to give permisson for veterinary care , even euthanasia ( although these situations are very rare ) but it is better that we have asked you about your wishes and know what you require for your cat. We will contact you ourselves first and also your vet to guide us on what is best for your cat. The welfare of your cat is most important.  You will not be required to sign an authorisation form every time your cat comes to stay with us as we we will keep it on your cat's file.  -  Please click to download and then print these forms out and bring them with you.

 

Innoculations

Due to the change in regulations we will now need to see your cats innoulation cards on each visit.

 

Without these completed forms we cannot admit your cat to our cattery.
