Pype Hayes cattery  is committed to protecting  your private and personal details. Any information we collect will only be used by staff  at Pype Hayes Cattery and for the purpose it is intended for; except in special circumstances as detailed below.

 

In order to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we update this policy from time to time so please do review regularly.

 

What information do we collect?

To ensure we are in line with Birmingham City Council Licence conditions it is important that we collect certain personal information from you when you register as a client. Your name, address, phone numbers and email address along with your emergency contact details (for whom you are responsible for obtaining permission from in order to supply us with their name and and a number to contact them by).

 

Our Customer Records and Consent Forms are all in paper format we require all customers to fill out.whilst your cat is boarding with us we require that we see their vaccination card is up to date and left with us during your holiday

 

The information you give will be kept as long as you remain a customer of Pype Hayes Cattery and should you cease to use our services it will be deleted and shredded with in 3 years of your pets last stay,

 

Information shared

Should your cat require medical attention by a vet and only information relevant to that situation will be given

 

You are entitled by law to request a copy of the information we hold for you  a small administration fee and verification of identification from yourself before any information can be released.
